Günsan prepares young talents for technological developments

One of the leading brands in switch socket outlet manufacture in Turkey, Günsan became the main sponsor of ‘Artificial Intelligence’ camp, organized by Sakarya University, Faculty of Business Administration in cooperation with Teknokent, Technology Transfer Office.

One of the leading organizations of switch socket outlet sector, Günsan, that follows recent technological trends closely, continues to take significant steps in order to extend the use of artificial intelligence technologies in different sectors.

Günsan became the main sponsor of ‘Artificial Intelligence’ camp, organized by Sakarya University, Faculty of Business Administration in cooperation with Teknokent, Technology Transfer Office in order to introduce the young with the sector and offer the opportunity to learn artificial intelligence concept in practice.

In the training provided by Instructor Utku Köse, who is well-known with his international studies in the field of Artificial Intelligence; artificial intelligence applications, which were developed by imitating physical and mental behaviors of human beings and the animals by means of computer software, were addressed with the samples of driverless vehicles, which became popular in the last period in particular, human-like robots that can perform works on their own and robot armies. As for the scope of the application, participants had the opportunity to implement the algorithms and approaches with regard to artificial intelligence to ready codes, which are utilized in Matlab environment.

Students showed great interest to the camp in which the students of Sakarya University, Departments of Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Industrial Engineering took part.
