Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Günsan Elektrik Malzemeleri San.ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Günsan"), as "Data Controller", in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, we would like to inform you about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data and your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.

1. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data are collected and processed by Günsan within the scope of the processing described below in the light of the basic principles set out in Article 4 of the Law, in the light of the basic principles set out in Article 4 of the Law, for the purposes described below for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it is clearly stipulated in the laws specified in Article 5 of the Law, that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, that it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned;

Within the scope of carrying out the necessary work for the realization of the activities carried out by GÜNSAN and carrying out the related business processes; creation and management of information technologies infrastructure, planning or execution of business continuity activities, planning or execution of corporate communication activities, event management, execution of procurement activities, planning or execution of corporate sustainability activities,

Processing employee or employee candidate data and conducting internship/vocational training/scholarship/training program activities within the scope of relevant legislation and contracts,

• Processing of personal data within the scope of execution of contract processes with customers and execution and continuity of business processes with suppliers,
• Monitoring and realization of obligations arising from consumer legislation and responding to consumer applications,
• Conducting e-commerce by executing distance sales contract processes with customers,
• Fulfillment of retention, information, reporting and other obligations defined by the relevant legislation,
• Processing of personal data within the scope of carrying out the necessary studies for the relevant persons who will benefit from the products, services and supports to be provided by GÜNSAN and carrying out the relevant business processes,
• Processing of personal data by GÜNSAN by taking video recordings within the scope of ensuring the security of employees and visitors,
• Conducting quality assessment and improvement studies to provide better and more reliable products and services and to ensure sustainability, auditing suppliers, subcontractors and similar persons with whom we have business relations
• Carrying out advertising and marketing activities for the products and services offered by GÜNSAN, informing about promotion, promotion, campaign, offer, event and similar issues and new products and services, carrying out corporate communication activities,
• Conducting marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities,
• Exercise of legal rights, use of information on the transaction history after the termination of the legal relationship as evidence in case of dispute,

• It is processed and shared for the purposes of processing personal data within the scope of planning or execution of the activities necessary for the planning or execution of the activities required for the recommendation and promotion of the relevant persons by customizing according to the likes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons who will benefit from the products, services and supports to be provided by GÜNSAN. 2. Transfer of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer

For the purposes and legal reasons specified in Article 1 of this Clarification Text, personal data may be transferred to insurance companies, banks and financial institutions, banks and financial institutions, consultancy firms from which we receive support in the fields of law, tax, etc., Company officials, public institutions and organizations such as government offices, ministries and tax offices where the transfer of personal data is required by law in the execution of business activities, our group companies located in Turkey or abroad, our service providers that process data on behalf of our company in the fields of domestic and / or abroad storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, etc.), our business partners, third parties from whom we receive services to carry out our business activities, business contacts, dealers, program partners.

3. Method of Collection of Personal Data

4. Rights of the Data Subject Whose Personal Data is Processed

You can exercise the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data with a request to our Company, which is the data controller. Requests submitted within this scope will be finalized by our Company within thirty days at the latest. In this context, as the person concerned (personal data owner);

• In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

5. Method of Application to the Data Controller

4) You must send your application form to any of the application addresses below by using the e-mail address registered in our system. Depending on your application method, you can send your application form to the following mail, e-mail or registered e-mail addresses. During the submission of the Application Form, "Personal Data Protection Law Information Request" must be written on the envelope or in the subject section of the e-mail to be sent.



We will respond to your application as soon as possible and, depending on the nature of the request, within 30 days at the latest from the date we receive your request. We will send you our responses to your requests in writing or electronically. If the information and documents you submit to us are incomplete or incomprehensible, you will be contacted to clarify your application.
